Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
At Sol Body Wellness, your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged 100%, at the therapist’s discretion.
